Gatorade I add the 5150 mix to my gatorade just before my workout. I usually add 2 capfuls. I found that my workouts are more intense and focused when using the 5150 mix. I think I will call it 'Crazy Gator'

I add this stuff to my coke. I frickin love coke but wanted a energy drink. Tried stuff like monster and rockstar and it was alright but definitely not coke. Now I add this mix to my coke and I get the best of both worlds.

Energy drinks – Monster, Rockstar, Red Bull, secret recipe revealed. All you need to do is add liquid caffeine mix to sparkling Apple Cider (carbonated). You will hardly be able to tell the difference. Seriously, the taste, look, fizz, and energy, will blow you away. You can purchase the inexpensive 5150 Energy (Semi-Sweetened Mix) by clicking www.5150juice.com/5150_Mix-Large_Sweet.html. The thing to remember is that powder caffeine will not work. It will not dissolve in cold beverages. And, even in hot beverages it will only dissolve slightly. Another great advantage to making your own energy drink is that you control how much caffeine you want to add. Add a little or a lot – it depends on how much of an energy boost you want – you decide! Try and see for yourself and let us know what you think.

For a sugar free energy drink without that nasty fake sugar taste, make it with "stevia": 250ml bottle of Pellegrino + cap 5150 + 5 drops vanilla stevia... very refreshing! The high mineral content of the Pellegrino totally masks the bitterness of the caffeine and the touch of sweetness from the stevia gives it a nice after taste. This is the Stevia I use: nunaturals.com/product/105. Powdered stevia is a no-go because it causes the Pellegrino to fizz over and go flat.
